What is the RKVY-RAFTAAR Scheme?
RKVY-RAFTAAR (Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana – Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied Sector Rejuvenation) is a flagship initiative of the Department of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare (DA&FW), Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare. The programme supports innovative agriculture and allied-sector startups through non-dilutive grant-in-aid funding, incubation, mentorship, investor connections, and commercialization support, delivered nationally through a network of RKVY-RAFTAAR Agribusiness Incubators (R-ABIs) and Knowledge Partners to accelerate sustainable agricultural innovation.
